What We Offer

From a unique and hands on school trip to weekly sessions that develop farming skills, confidence and independence; we create tailor made learning experiences for children and young people.

Through discussions with class teachers we ensure our farm school sessions are relevant to topics covered in the classroom and meet aims set by the national curriculum. Furthermore, the sessions offer students the opportunity to overcome challenges, developing their perseverance and team building skills.

Educating children and young people about farming is a priority of ours. Through farm school visits our learners gain an understanding of the farm to table process by caring for the animals and planting and harvesting on the allotment.

We offer sessions for whole classes, from mainstream and special schools, or for smaller groups if more targeted intervention is required. Our aim is to engage children that may struggle in a classroom environment and to use the farm setting to help interest and motivate them in their learning.
